rep_string_permutation_index2str

Arguments:

• reference_string,index,_sort_reference_string={ 0=do_not_sort_string | 1=sort_string | 2=logical_sort_string }

Description:

Return the string which is of the lexicographic index given reference string. The index is based on character appearance order unless sorting is activated. This is the first time an algorithm has been made to address this.
