nn_norm

Arguments:

• out,in,p>=0,_axis={ 0 | x | y | z | c }

Description:

Add a norm layer (Lp norm computation) to the current network.

p can be { 0:Squared norm | >0:Lp-norm }.

Default values:

p=2 and axis=0.
