Built-in command

Arguments:

• index,_action={ 0:unlock | 1:lock }

Description:

Lock or unlock specified mutex for multi-threaded programming.

A locked mutex can be unlocked only by the same thread. All mutexes are unlocked by default.
index designates the mutex index, in [0,255].

Default values:

action=1.
